You'll need a spoon,
a bowl
a measuring cup
a jar with a lid
1 cup of baking soda
and 50 drops of essential oil (any of your choosing or mix, a good one is 16 drops of lavender and 22 of orange).
Remember you are only cutting out chemicals if you get 100% essential oil and not a fragrance oil. Place your 2 ingredants in a bowl and stir. When finished mixing place into the jar and set aside for 24 hours with the lid on. After that you have your replacement carpet deodorizer, use as you would normally. If you've forgotten, sprinkle onto the carpet, let it sit for 15 minutes then vacuum.
