RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE

Some times the best things in life truly are simple, after one day of being criticized for eating commercial salad dressing I picked up the bottle and read it. There was tons of things in there that were just fillers, so I started making my own. Find yourself a jar and the following,

1/2 cup fresh or thawed raspberries (mash them)

60ml water

1 tablespoon sugar (or alternative sweetener, it takes the edge off the vinegar)

60ml vinegar (chefs choice, I use apple cider)

1 tablespoon oil

Mix, mash and stir everything together. Pour into your bottle and store in the fridge. Shake before each use.
